Coaching is goal-oriented, collaborative and present-focused. Through conversation, reflection, experiential exercises and optional homework, we work together toward the outcomes you care about.
Please note: coaching is not psychotherapy or medical care, and never involves sexual acts with the coach.

Supporting individuals and partners in deepening emotional and physical intimacy, exploring what connection means to them, and building the skills to sustain it.
A space to explore questions about desire, pleasure, body awareness and sexual wellbeing in a non-judgmental, sex-positive environment.

Helping clients identify their needs, express them clearly, navigate conflict, and strengthen how they relate to themselves and others.
Kink-aware, affirming support for individuals and partners exploring power exchange, kink practices and BDSM dynamics, with a focus on consent, communication and intentionality.

Consensual Non-Monogamy and Polyamory
Supportive coaching for those exploring or already practising ethical non-monogamy, open relationships or polyamory, including navigating agreements, jealousy and communication.
Sessions designed for partners to explore together, build shared language, deepen understanding of each other’s needs and strengthen their connection.

Partner Learning Sessions
Coaching Investment
- Fit call: Complimentary, 20 minutes.
- Individual: 60 minutes, $125 CAD.
- Partner: 75 minutes, $165 CAD.
- Guided BDSM partner education: 75 minutes, $165 CAD.
- 3-session individual package: $350 CAD.
- 3-session partner package: $465 CAD.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, except for emergencies.
